In full compliance with current legislation (see Legislative Decree No. 21 of February 21, 2014), "the consumer has a period of fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract or negotiated off-premises, without having to provide any reason and without incurring costs."

In the specific case, therefore, the customer will have 14 solar days (the term includes both holidays and working days), which run from the day of delivery of the goods.

The withdrawal must be explicitly communicated by mail or e-mail, expressly showing the will to withdraw, without necessarily having to explain the reasons.

Once the withdrawal and verified the correctness of the operations of return, we will refund all payments made by the user in our favor for that article / those items, including shipping costs. This refund will take place no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal, through the same method of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise specified.

Each of Alberto Olivero's products has unique characteristics since each is created from materials which have different peculiarities. Consequently, the customer understands and accepts that the product may be different from what is shown in the photo. It will not be guaranteed the withdrawal or refund in case of discrepancy with the image shown.

Shipping costs related to the return of goods are, however, borne by the buyer, except for defective products.

Please note that, to make the return possible, the product must be undamaged, unused and complete both the packaging and the original tag.
Recall that for personalized products is excluded the right of withdrawal and exchange, being goods made to measure and / or clearly personalized. Therefore, if you have purchased one or more customized products can not exercise the right of withdrawal or exchange in relation to these goods.

N.B. After downloading (available here), filled out and sent the return form by mail or e-mail, the customer must wait for the confirmation of compliance of the return procedure by our customer service. Only after this step, you can proceed to properly close the returned goods in the packaging received, sending everything to the address indicated.

Product warranty

Alberto Olivero offers a 24-month warranty on its products for any material and/or manufacturing defects.

During the warranty period, the damaged item will be repaired or, if necessary, replaced.

Before sending the item, it is necessary to download, fill in and send to the customer service the specific form of return/repair request, attaching the receipt/invoice of purchase and 3 photos of the product in different views (front, side, back). Subsequently, the customer must wait for the communication from the company that attests to the presence of the necessary requirements for the start of the practice, only after this communication, the user can proceed with the return of the product in question.

In the event that the product is no longer under warranty, the repair can still be made on payment (the estimate will be sent to the customer for approval). Repair times may vary depending on several factors; indicatively, the repair under warranty is performed within 10 days from receipt of the item in the company (or from receipt of written approval of the estimate in case of product no longer under warranty).

Further information and timing regarding the repair service will be provided to the customer once he has requested the service.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by mistreatment, accidents (e.g. breakage), abrasion, water, solvents, wear and tear, or damage caused by carriers.
