In addition to providing a fast and secure service, both allow you to track your order in real time. 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

All products are shipped inside an anonymous box. Inside the box the items are elegantly packaged and on request you can also add a card with a personalized message. Orders do not contain prices, so they can be shipped directly to the recipient of your gift.

At the time of delivery, Users must check the contents of the package and promptly report any anomalies to the contact information provided herein or as described in the delivery note. Users may refuse to accept the package if it is visibly damaged ("conditional acceptance").

It should be noted that, in the case of delivery of products to the United Kingdom and the United States, may be expected to pay duties and may require additional requirements. In case of delivery to these countries, please contact customer service for further information.

Delivery times

All Alberto Olivero products are made with respect for the environment and the people who create them with their hands. We prefer the "made to order" approach to "fast fashion", so we have delivery times ranging from 10 to 15 working days. This is to allow our craftsmen to guarantee our customers the quality they deserve, and to respect the territory that surrounds us.

Carrier delivery times, however, vary depending on the country and region of destination and the type of shipment chosen.
