The richness of the materials is never an end in itself: the sumptuous Italian leather chosen makes it able to withstand the most intense uses, while moving around the city as well as traveling. The external pocket becomes a design element, with its iconic diagonal line onto which is inserted a zipper of uncompromising performance. The interior space is shaped to best accommodate shoes or shirts, safely storing keys with the exclusive gunmetal-colored key ring. All orders are shipped in our exclusive gift boxes, which are designed in Piedmont and made in Italy following the sustainable values of the Brand. Each accessory is presented in a splendidly designed, reusable Alberto Olivero cotton canvas bag.
The package also includes an authenticity card with the name of the customer and the craftsman who made the product.
Shipping times and costs
All Alberto Olivero products are made with respect for the environment and the people who create them with their hands. We prefer the "made to order" approach to "fast fashion", so we have delivery times ranging from 3 to 10 working days. This is to allow our craftsmen to guarantee our customers the quality they deserve, and to respect the territory that surrounds us.
Carrier delivery times, however, vary depending on the country and region of destination and the type of shipment chosen.
Shipping is free for the Italian territory, while in Europe, Canada and the United States for orders over 500 Euro. Below this amount, shipping costs vary depending on the destination.

Return policy
In full compliance with current legislation (see Legislative Decree No. 21 of February 21, 2014), "the consumer has a period of fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract or negotiated off-premises, without having to provide any reason and without incurring costs."
In the specific case, therefore, the customer will have 14 solar days (the term includes both holidays and working days), which run from the day of delivery of the goods.
Recall that for personalized products is excluded the right of withdrawal and exchange, being goods made to measure and / or clearly personalized. Therefore, if you have purchased one or more customized products cannot exercise the right of withdrawal or exchange in relation to these goods.
